One to one meetings

Prearranged one to one meetings with other delegates will be possible during the two days of the congress, in rooms N111 and N112.

HOW TO REQUEST A BILATERAL MEETING:

• Register for the Forum (you will first need to pre-register and, once validated by the organizers, you will need to purchase a ticket, whether you are a free or paying attendee).
  
• Log in with your credentials (https://www.bsifs2025.es/iniciar-sesion) and enter your private area.
  
• Click on the "Networking" tab.
  
• If you haven't yet registered for the networking program, click "Networking Registration."
  
• If you haven't already, fill out the networking form. This will help users who want to request a meeting with you find you.
  
• Select "Start networking request."
  
• You can filter the list of registered participants by the fields of interest to you (IMPORTANT: only people who have also registered for the networking program will appear) or simply select one from the list:
  

• Fill in the field you're interested in or leave everything blank.
  
• Scroll down to go to the bottom.
  
• If you've filled in any of the search fields, click "Search." If not, continue below to see the list of registered users.
  

• Click on the person you're interested in.
  
• Scroll down and choose the meeting table and time.
  
• Write any comments you'd like the other person to see.
  
• Click "Accept."
  
• The other person will receive an email with your request and will also see it in their personal area of ​​the website. From there, they will have to accept or decline the request.
  
• When they accept or decline the meeting, you will receive a message with the acceptance or rejection.
  

You can check your personal meeting schedule at any time in the "Networking" tab of your personal area.
