Information and more details
Innovation procurement in its different forms has proven to be a very effective strategy to promote research and innovation driven by demad, with clear application to the Big Science industry. CDTI has a prominent role, having promoted pre-commercial procurements in different areas such as compact accelerators for the treatment of solid tumors or various subsystems for IFMIF-DONES (the neutron accelerator included in the European fusion roadmap). In this session we will review these initiatives and their strategic importance for the science industry and for the scientific infrastructures.
